In a 2023 interview with The Wall Street Journal, Aniston, now 56, revealed that Sandler, 59, sends her a bouquet of flowers every Mother’s Day — a small but meaningful gesture that carries deep emotional significance.
For Aniston, that day can be bittersweet. She has been open in the past about her experience with fertility struggles and the difficult road she faced while trying to become a mother.
Speaking previously with Allure, the Friends star explained that during her 30s and 40s, she tried IVF treatments and several alternative methods, all in the hopes of conceiving, but nothing worked out as she had wished.

“All the years and years and years of speculation… It was really hard. I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it,” she shared.
“I was throwing everything at it. I would’ve given anything if someone had said to me, ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.’ You just don’t think it.”
She described the journey as exhausting and emotionally draining, explaining how it took a toll on her both physically and mentally before she eventually came to terms with the outcome.
